Welcome to our clothing manufacturing services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and manufacturing services. By accessing our website or engaging our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms

1.1 Agreement Acceptance 

By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or placing an order with our manufacturing facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1.2 Definitions 

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to the clothing manufacturing company based in Sialkot, Pakistan
  • “Client,” “You,” “Your” refers to the individual or business entity engaging our manufacturing services
  • “Services” refers to garment manufacturing, sampling, production, and related services we provide

“Products” refers to the garments, clothing items, and textile products we manufacture

2. Manufacturing Services

2.1 Service Scope 

We provide clothing manufacturing services including but not limited to:

  • Custom garment production sportswear, streetwear, casual wear, jackets, fitness wear
  • Sample development and prototyping
  • Fabric sourcing and procurement
  • Quality control and inspection
  • Packaging and labeling services
  • Shipping and logistics coordination

2.2 Order Acceptance 

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly if:

  • Specifications are unclear or incomplete
  • Requested designs infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Minimum order quantities are not met
  • Payment terms cannot be agreed upon

2.3 Minimum Order Quantities 

Standard minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per style per color. Special arrangements may be made for smaller quantities with adjusted pricing. Final MOQ will be confirmed during the quotation process.

3. Quotations and Pricing

3.1 Quotation Validity 

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on fabric costs, currency fluctuations, and market conditions.

3.2 Pricing Terms 

Quoted prices include:

  • Manufacturing labor and overhead
  • Standard quality control procedures
  • Basic packaging

Quoted prices do NOT include:

  • Shipping and freight charges
  • Custom duties and taxes
  • Third-party inspection fees
  • Special packaging or labeling requirements quoted separately

4. Payment Terms

4.1 New Clients 

For first-time orders:

  • 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
  • 50% balance payment before shipment
  • All payments must be completed before goods are released

4.2 Payment Methods 

We accept:

  • Bank wire transfer T/T
  • Letter of Credit L/C for qualified orders
  • Other methods as mutually agreed in writing

4.3 Late Payments 

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  • Production delays or suspension
  • Storage fees for completed goods
  • Order cancellation
  • Legal action to recover outstanding amounts

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Timeline 

Standard production timelines:

  • Sampling: 7-10 business days after confirmation
  • Bulk production: 30-45 days after deposit and approval
  • Timelines may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and material availability

5.2 Delays 

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest
  • Fabric or material supply issues
  • Late approvals or specification changes from the client
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs clearance delays

5.3 Shipping and Delivery 

  • Shipping costs are separate from manufacturing costs
  • Risk of loss transfers to the client upon handover to the shipping carrier
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import restrictions

6. Quality Control and Inspections

6.1 Quality Standards 

We maintain international quality standards for all products. Our quality control process includes fabric inspection, inline production checks, and final inspection before shipment.

6.2 Acceptable Quality Limits 

Industry-standard AQL Acceptable Quality Limit applies:

  • AQL 2.5 for major defects
  • AQL 4.0 for minor defects Minor variations in color, stitching, and sizing within industry tolerances are acceptable.

6.3 Third-Party Inspection 

Clients may arrange third-party inspection at their own cost. Inspection must be scheduled at least 5 days before the planned shipment date.

7. Samples and Approvals

7.1 Sample Development 

  • Sample fees are charged separately and confirmed during quotation
  • Sample fees may be refunded or credited against bulk orders minimum quantity applies
  • Samples remain our property until payment is received

7.2 Approval Process 

  • Clients must approve samples before bulk production begins
  • Written approval email confirmation is required
  • Changes after approval may incur additional costs and timeline extensions
  • Bulk production will match approved samples within industry-standard tolerances

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Client Designs 

You retain ownership of your original designs, logos, and trademarks. By providing designs to us, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for manufacturing your order.

8.2 Client Warranties 

You warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to all designs, logos, and trademarks provided
  • Your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • You will indemnify us against any intellectual property claims arising from your designs

8.3 Confidentiality 

We agree to keep your designs, technical specifications, and business information confidential. We will not manufacture similar products for competitors without your consent during and for 12 months after our business relationship.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Manufacturing Defects 

If products have manufacturing defects exceeding agreed AQL standards:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence
  • We will review and determine appropriate remedy repair, replacement, or credit
  • Return shipping costs for defective goods will be covered by us

9.2 Non-Defective Returns 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Client approval errors or specification changes
  • Color variations within industry-standard tolerance
  • Minor cosmetic issues within agreed AQL limits
  • Change of mind or design preferences

9.3 Cancellations 

  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins with deposit forfeiture
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Clients are responsible for completed or in-progress goods

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Liability Cap 

Our total liability for any claim arising from manufacturing services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

10.2 Excluded Damages 

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Third-party claims
  • Damages resulting from client-provided specifications or materials

11. Website Use and Contact Forms

11.1 Information Accuracy 

While we strive to provide accurate information on our website, we do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Product images and descriptions are for reference only.

11.2 Form Submissions 

By submitting contact forms, quote requests, or inquiries through our website:

  • You consent to us contacting you regarding your inquiry
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
  • You understand that form submission does not constitute an order or binding agreement

11.3 No Guarantee of Service 

Submitting a form or inquiry does not guarantee that we will accept your order or provide services. All engagements are subject to mutual agreement and formal order confirmation.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

12.2 Dispute Process 

In the event of a dispute:

  1. Parties will first attempt to resolve through good-faith negotiation
  2. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued
  3. Legal proceedings will be conducted in courts located in Sialkot, Pakistan

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
